We are located on the west coast of Ireland and Europe just about the mid-point of The Wild Atlantic Way, a 400 Kilometre stretch along Ireland’s rugged western coastline. Our Be Whole Health and Wellness Breaks are for anyone looking to make a lasting lifestyle change, helping you to lead a healthier and happier life. With a strong focus on taking responsibility for yourself through encouraging and motivational guest speakers and with an important self-guided aspect to each retreat, you will leave confident and competent.
Our Pregnancy Yoga Retreats are a must for all mums to be! You deserve this special weekend of pampering, incredible pregnancy yoga classes, amazing food and calming walks in nature. Melissa, our wonderful and experienced teacher, has designed this pre natal yoga retreat to suit all capabilities, whether you are a first-time mother, have other children at home or any pregnancy related complaint, by including the very best of Hypnobirthing and yoga methods. Our intention is for you to completely let go by relaxing and also feel empowered to move, breathe and do whatever suits you best.
Our Residential Yoga Retreats offer you the opportunity to have afternoons filled with long walks in some of Ireland’s most stunning scenery, yoga classes to challenge the body and calm the mind and food so delicious that it should be sinful (don’t worry, it’s not!) Through the expertise of our residential teachers we can guarantee you a truly special experience in which you will leave feeling like a new person.
Our Connect to Nature, Yoga and Hiking Retreats will awaken and invigorate your senses through the yoga, hiking, delicious food and mindful relaxation. The Area & Accommodation
Just outside our gate you can walk on a variety of different loops of varying distance. There are walks with hills or without. Taking a left out the gate will bring you uphill towards the cliffs. To the right, you can do the low lying loops around Clahane. The Cliffs of Moher Walk can be up to 14km long for the intrepid and fit looking for a challenge. It is stunning, one of the finest in Europe. There are shorter sections that can be tackled with ease, especially if time is against you. You can reach two separate sections form us by foot. A local taxi may be required to drop off or collect if you fancy going for a longer hike. On longer stays we recommend guests to look up the many beautiful and famous walks in The Burren, which is only a short drive from us.
We grow much of our own vegetables within our Geodesic Dome and in the vegetable beds of our organic garden. All our produce is grown with care and love and we do not use any chemicals or additives, striving for the optimum health and wellness benefits. We are very proud of our organic garden!
Looking for a peaceful night’s sleep? We have 14 bedrooms and can sleep up to 30 guests. Here is a list of the types of rooms we have available. At the time of booking, only the remaining rooms will be available to book. No matter what room choice, all our beds are made with the same Egyptian Cotton linen, hotel style mattresses, a bath towel per person and a hand towel per bathroom, hairdryer and hand-soap.
Our luxury retreat is set in the refurbished Moher Lodge Farmhouses, creating the perfect relaxing nurturing environment. There are 3 buildings comprising of 5 houses. The bedrooms are divided among the 5 houses and each house has a shared communal area that is open to all guests. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a place for themselves, allowing you to be social if you feel like it, but also to have room to relax and take time to yourself.
Join us in our beautiful yoga studio and watch the wild waters of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of our under-floor heated space. Set in the grounds of our retreat and facing directly out to Liscannor Bay, a massive wall of glass spanning 10m x 3m takes in the most stunning sea-view.
I just attended a yoga and hiking weekend hosted by Dearbhla and I could not recommend it enough. It is my second trip to the Retreat centre and I will be back again. I have been doing yoga for years but there were plenty of people who had little or none yoga experience and Dearbhla was skillful at making sure everyone enjoyed the classes. I was very impressed by her and would not hesitate to recommend her to beginners or more experienced yogis.
The accommodation was spotless and modern. The food is a real highlight, we all enjoyed seconds and even thirds. The hiking was fab, we walked the Cliffs in the sunshine, though its very muddy in parts and I was glad I had walking boots. Its a very easy place to go to on your own or with friends/family. I couldn’t fault the place and if you want to de-stress and recharge this is the place to do it.
Thank you Michelle & Michael for a wonderful wellness weekend. The bedroom was very comfortable and warm and the lounge areas were so cosy. The food was delicious and I got some lovely recipes. I throughly enjoyed the whole weekend, loved the yoga and enjoyed the walks, sauna and hot tub. It was a such a nurturing healing weekend and it was a real treat for January.
I have just come back from the most amazing weekend with Michelle Moroney at her beautiful retreat. Three friends and I took part in the Wellness Weekend, and had a very special time. Michelle’s holistic approach to wellness was down to earth and realistic and I came away feeling very inspired and looking forward to trying some of the delicious recipes at home. The whole Cliffs of Moher is a unique experience I would really recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge. Looking forward to my next visit
Everything was just wonderful. The food is amazing, the rooms and houses are luxurious in a country-like style, the yoga-studio is the best I´ve ever seen and of course the hiking seen is very beautiful right beside the Atlantic ocean. The staff does their job with all of their heart.
