“I have never traveled by myself before so I bravely booked 3 mornings of cooking classes, never realizing what a time I had in store for me! The classes were fun and I learned a lot. The cooking tips were invaluable, and the dining afterwards… mmm! Our hostess Rafaella was warm and welcoming and so helpful to me; Stefania, our instructor was fun, knowledgeable and passionate about what was obviously her forte! I stayed in my own apartment overlooking the hills of Umbria. The worst part of the entire experience was having to leave – I will return!”
“What an amazing 5 days I had at with Raffaella and Stefania. I learned so many new tricks and tips both small and large. The two ladies are very knowledgeable and the learning/teaching is very hands on and intimate in a family home, not a sterile kitchen. Stefania has a lot of passion and love for food which just added to the experience. I definitely recommend these cooking classes either for one morning or a few days. Its such a fun and enriching experience. Thank you guys.”
“Have recently returned to Australia after spending 5 days at La Volpe e L’uva. I was traveling alone and Raffaella greeted me warmly and showed me around the Agriturismo which is absolutely stunning. The view is spectacular. During my visit there were eight guests staying in the lovely, large and comfortable apartments. Stefania commenced the cooking class each morning at 9.30 am. Everything was extremely well organised, so much so that we all sat together to eat four courses of the fabulous food we had cooked by 1.00 p.m. This included some excellent wine produced by the family. Stefania explained the recipes, shared many cooking tips, and taught us the importance of presentation of food.”
