Tuscany is quintessential Italy: a dreamscape of rolling hills topped with willowy cypress trees, shimmering olive groves and rows of tangled vines, peppered with picture-perfect medieval hilltop towns. This rich, rural landscape provides all the ingredients for our chefs as they show how to rustle up mouth-watering local dishes. For a break from your classes, you can also explore the charming alleys of medieval Siena, Arezzo and Florence.
Our friendly transfer will meet you at Pisa Airport and take you to the villa for welcome drinks.
We have a handful of lovely villas to choose from. They all have private pools, ensuite rooms and that essential soporific hum of cicadas as you relax with a bottle of wine under the trees.
